rptr.to is Raptor Technologies’ link service
It shortens links sent in school safety notifications — emergency alerts, drill notifications, visitor management and event messages — so they fit within the 160-character limit of a single SMS.

Links are sent only to people your school or district has chosen to notify.
Every link expires, and expired links show a notice rather than an error.
If you received a message you did not expect, or want to stop receiving them, reply STOP to the message. Your school district controls who is contacted, so they are the right people to ask about a specific notification.
For network and security teams
rptr.to is a dedicated, single-purpose redirect domain operated by
Raptor Technologies. It is not a public URL shortener and cannot be used by
third parties to create links.
The domain sends no email. It publishes v=spf1 -all, DMARC
p=reject, and revokes all DKIM keys. Any message claiming to come
from this domain is forged.
